Chazing, LLC, and Mr. Dingles' Holiday Trail reserve the right to use any photograph and/or video taken at the event without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. Mr. Dingles' Holiday Trail may use photography/videography in publications or any media material produced, including, but not limited to: social media, brochures, invitations, books, newspapers, magazines, television, and websites.

To ensure the privacy of individuals and children, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject, parent, or legal guardian.

Any person attending Mr. Dingles' Holiday Trail, who does not wish to have their image recorded for possible use in the distribution of information or promotion, should make their wishes known to the event organizers via email at thedarkwoodsnh@gmail.com PRIOR to attending the event.

 

By attending Mr. Dingles' Holiday Trail, patrons agree to release, hold harmless, and indemnify Chazing, LLC / Mr. Dingles' Holiday Trail from any and all claims involving the use of guest's picture or likeness.

 

Any person or organization not affiliated with Chazing, LLC / Mr. Dingles' Holiday Trail may not use, copy, alter or modify photographs, graphics, videography or other similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorized designee from Chazing, LLC / Mr. Dingles' Holiday Trail.
